Course Description

Where does the time go? No, really. You (and your team) probably need to know.

Tracking your time gives you data you need, it can help you understand if you’re spending energy on the right things or it can help you know exactly how much you need to invoice someone for. The hardest part is getting started and this course will help you with that.

By the end of this training, you'll:

  • Know multiple ways to track your time

  • Be able to see where your time is going (so you can invoice appropriately!)

    Track billable vs. non-billable time
