Course Description

Budgets start off simple enough: there's a set amount or time (or money) you can spend to complete a project. Things get tricky when you try and keep track of how much budget you've spent...as you spend it. We've got you covered.

By the end of this training, You'll:

  • Understand the difference between standard and retainer budgets

  • Create a financial or time-based standard budget (or both!)

  • See how tracking time affects budget usage
