This is a remote role but you must be based in Poland. We are only hiring on an employment contract - not B2B.

The opportunity

We're searching for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Platform Services team. This team is at the heart of our platform, responsible for building and enhancing the core services that span through authentication, billing and some of the internal interfaces at Teamwork.com. This is the backbone of our platform: the things that just have to work, at scale, for thousands of users worldwide and our internal staff.

In this role, you'll:

  • Build, and evolve frontend services that are used to handle core functionality around the product - think login, billing, developer portal and more.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, QA specialists, and product managers from other teams to expand functionality available to our customers.
  • Bring strong frontend expertise to the team, helping us to modernise our frontend and improve maintainability.
  • Leverage AI tools intelligently to work faster and more effectively - from generating tests and specs, to running initial PR reviews - while always owning and understanding the code you ship.

What good looks like

Must Have:

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, semantic mark-up, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, modular CSS patterns)
  • Experience with SASS/LESS or Tailwind CSS and other CSS preprocessors/utility-first frameworks
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable front-end architectures
  • Solid grasp of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Ability to work independently as the primary front-end engineer for the domain

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining authentication, billing, or other core platform-critical features
  • Familiarity with design systems and utilising style guides/pattern libraries
  • Exposure to build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or similar
  • API integration experience
  • Experience working with Stripe or other payment platforms
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows

We expect you to embrace AI in your day-to-day engineering. Whether it’s refining code, generating tests, summarising specs, or drafting an initial PR review, you’ll use AI to accelerate - but never replace - your own engineering judgement.
