This is a remote role in Poland and we are only hiring on an employment contract.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst / HubSpot Administrator to join Teamwork.com’s Revenue Operations team.

This role will play a key part in enabling our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams - Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, scalability, and performance of our revenue systems (primarily HubSpot), executing recurring operational processes, and supporting analytics and reporting needs across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our GTM systems, data, and reporting processes are reliable and actionable. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving complex operational challenges, improving processes, and enabling growth through data and automation.

What good looks like

  • Ensure Teamwork’s GTM teams have accurate, timely, and trusted data across the funnel - from marketing engagement to renewal forecasting.
  • Ensure Monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles are delivered on time and without data errors.
  • Own HubSpot workflows and ensure that properties, and automation are well-structured, documented, and consistently optimized for scalability.
  • Structure Operational cadence (month-end/start-of-month activities, book of business management, renewals uploads) runs smoothly without dependency bottlenecks.
  • Ensure RevOps has sufficient capacity to support both strategic initiatives (automation, data hygiene, process improvement) and reactive business needs (ad-hoc reports, stakeholder requests).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot (reports, workflows, properties, automation).
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization (HubSpot reporting, Excel or similar tools).
  • Understanding of GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and high operational volume.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for improving systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What you can expect

Operational Execution

  • Own end-of-month and start-of-month processes, including reporting deliverables, data updates, and renewals or ownership changes.
  • Manage data hygiene across HubSpot and connected GTM systems to ensure accuracy for forecasting and analytics.
  • Execute recurring RevOps processes that underpin leadership reporting and pipeline visibility.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis, extraction, and clean-up to support GTM leadership decisions.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Sales Analytics functions to ensure consistent metric definitions and reporting standards.


HubSpot Administration & Automation

  • Configure HubSpot properties, workflows, and automations to support scalable GTM processes.
  • Collaborate with the Technical SME to design and implement system improvements that drive efficiency.
  • Manage user requests, troubleshoot issues, and document configuration changes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with GTM teams to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
  • Support delivery of company strategic initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve process efficiency and data integrity across the funnel.
